Superstar rapper, Kanye West, has been senteced to two years probation after lashing out at a photographer as he left the arrivals terminal at LAX last July.

The 36 year-old is to attend 24 anger management sessions and complete 250 hours of community service for the misdemeanor battery of photographer Daniel Ramos on 19th July 2013. Kanye has also been ordered to pay restitution to the victim.

Speaking about the incident, Ramos said: "I was only doing my job, and he broke the law. I believe that if I did what he did to me, I would have been put behind bars."

Kanye pleaded guilty to the charges brought against him including battery but maintains his innocence.

This is not the first time West has been caught up in an altercation with Paparazzi. In 2008 the rapper was involved in a similar incident but the case was dismissed after Kanye paid for broken photography equipment as well as attending anger management counselling.
