Winnie-the-Pooh celebrates 90th birthday with a visit to the Queen

New adventures to celebrate 90th

Published 26th May 2016

Britain’s best-loved bear, Winnie-the-Pooh meets Her Majesty the Queen and explores London in a new illustrated adventure.

The Queen and Winnie-the-Pooh both celebrate 90 years and 'Winnie-the-Pooh and the Royal Birthday' is released today (May 26th).

Winnie-the-Pooh has had previous links with the royal family, with the Duke and Duchess of York being presented with a Christopher Robin china nursery set with hand-coloured pictures of Christopher Robin, Pooh and friends, as a gift for a young Princess Elizabeth, who is believed to have loved the Winnie-the-Pooh stories as a child.

Winnie-the-Pooh’s 90th anniversary in October 2016, will mark 90 years since the story was first published.
