WATCH: Rajang the orangutan has an amazing reaction to a magic trick
We were mesmerised and so was he!
It's always impressive to see a magic trick up-close, and that's exactly what Rajang the orangutan thought.
Magician Matt G performed a card trick for the 48-year-old ape, who watched him intently as he appeared to push a playing card through the glass into Rajang's enclosure.
The orangutan then picked up the card and after inspecting it for a bit, tried to push it back through the glass using a stick. Sadly, it didn't work and he dropped the card.
The video of this trick was shared by Matt G on Facebook and has since been viewed over 700,000 times, with 8000 shares!

Rajang was brought up in Chester Zoo where he was hand-reared, as his mother died when he was just a month old.
In 1980 at the age of 12, he was moved to Colchester Zoo, where he has lived ever since.
According to Rajang's keepers, he loves to get involved and often copies humans, even 'helping' to clean his enclosure with a cloth and bucket of soapy water.
Matt G is at Colchester Zoo for their Fright Night events in the run up to Halloween and will be performing in their Kalahari Theatre. The zoo decided to involved Rajang as he is very intelligent and loves interacting and engaging with people.
