The Prince attended the Invictus Games trials at University of Bath Sports Training Village this morning (29th January).

The Invictus Games is a paralympic-style event for those in the armed services who have been wounded or injured. It’s a cause very close to Prince Harry’s heart as he has backed the games from their start in 2014.

He gave a speech today to the press saying, "Obviously we've taken it to a whole new level - going to a different country. Going to Orlando where the weather is much nicer". Which got a well deserved laugh from the audience.

These athletes were training for the wheelchair tennis trial. Nathan Cumberland, 31, who trained with Harry for a tour of Afghanistan said: 'It's always good to see the ginger muppet.'

"He doesn't have to come here, but he does and that's great. It gives everyone a boost. He's one of the lads - he's been there and done it".

Prince Harry rushed to the aid of RAF Medic Anna when her wheelchair was blown over in the strong wind. She said "I was putting my gloves back on and sat back in my chair when the wind took me over".

"Harry said to me "What did you do that for?" I said, "To show you not to do that".

Anna was all smiles after Prince Harry helped her up.

The Invictus Games are being held in Orlando, Florida from 8th-12th May 2016.
