Lionel Richie delights crowds at his new Las Vegas residency
He will be touring the UK this summer.
The Grammy award winning singer kicked off his Las Vegas residency at The Axis Planet Hollywood paying tribute to his friend and music legend Prince who died last week.
Lionel's residency titled, Lionel Richie - All the Hits saw the singer performing the songs that made him famous including 'Dancing On The Ceiling', 'Say You Say Me' and 'Hello'.
Talking about his new show in an interview Lionel said, "this is the coolest thing ever...according to my son this is the best thing I have ever done in my career".
The 66-year-old performer said he loved the intimacy of the venue commenting, "for the first time I get to, not only see the crowd, I can hear them."
Lionel will also be touring the UK this summer including two nights at the O2 Arena in London.
