Eddie Redmayne and Hannah Bagshawe have welcomed their first child into the world, a baby girl called Iris May Redmayne.
A source close to the couple announced the news to a national newspaper today saying “Yes, I can confirm it’s true.” The happy couple welcomed baby Iris into the world on Wednesday.
The Theory of Everything actor married Hannah in a private ceremony back in 2014 and announced they were expecting their first child back in January 2016.

Speaking about becoming parents, Eddie recently admitted the pair had been busy buying a selection of parenting books. He said “We’ve got our first book, which is looking at us, and we are staring guiltily as we should be learning how to be parents, but we haven’t opened them yet.”
The couple are yet to share any photos of the new arrival but we bet little Iris is adorable!
