1. One in ten admit they regularly forget to brush their teeth.

2. 6% of adults have no natural teeth. In 1978, the figure was as high as 37% in Wales.

7. For his part in Fight Club Brad Pitt voluntarily had his front teeth chipped. After filming had finished his pearly whites were restored.

8. When Ed Helms' character in The Hangover pulls out his own tooth for a bet Ed actually removed his own front tooth. He was born without a tooth there and had an implant which they removed for filming. Dedication!

9. In Norway there is a tooth bank which had 17,000 teeth in 2013, it aims to get 100,000 milk teeth and could become the largest tooth bank in the world.
