Saltburn, the movie that has been taking the world by storm over the last few months, has one very memorable scene, and it just happens to feature Sophie Ellis-Bextor's 2001 hit 'Murder On The Dancefloor'.

With the song being propelled back to the Top 10 in the UK following the release of the film, we thought it was only right to get the very talented singer into Magic Radio, to talk to us.

Sophie joined us on The 4 till 7 Show with Tom and Kat, to talk about the film using her song, and what her reaction was when she first saw THAT scene.

For those who haven't seen the film, without too many spoilers, Sophie's song is used in a scene where the lead character Oliver Quick (played by Barry Keoghan) can be seen dancing around a huge stately home, completely naked!

Explaining how she was approached, Sophie said: "Yes, you have to give permission (before the song is used). So it has a little synopsis of how the song would be used in Saltburn.

"All I knew was that was Emerald Fennell, who'd written and directed it, so I knew was in safe hands. Yes, and I knew that a character of the film would be dancing to it with no clothes on for the entirety of the song. And I actually just thought, I HAVE to see that! (It was) my main motivation. Have my song and let me see the movie!"

Sophie went on to reveal what it was like seeing the film for the first time. "I loved it actually," the singer revealed. "I went for a morning screening with my husband, my eldest boy, he's 19 and my brother and my mum. So yeah, Sonny, my oldest was sat in between his grandma and his mum!"

She continued: "Both of you have your head in your hands. You know what I think I was worried for him, but actually he really loved it. I think there was just a couple of moments and I was like, oh, this is a bit challenging! He was absolutely fine, yeah, he said, it was in his top 10 films of all time."
