It's Foodie Friday! I have a real passion for food, and having owned quite a few restaurants over the years I've picked up some great cooking tips.
Over the next few weeks we'll be giving you some quick and easy ways to make the food you cook every day at home even tastier.

Ingredients
- 125ml double cream
- 200g milk chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 35g sugar
- Sour cream
Method
- Whisk cream until peaks form
- Melt 200g milk chocolate
- When melted, stir in 2 egg yolks
- Stir in whipped cream
- Beat egg whites from 2 eggs
- Add sugar and beat until thick and glossy
- Fold in chocolate mix until just combined
- Spoon into glasses, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours unti lset
- Pour on sour cream when set
- Grate milk chocolate on top
