Jason Manford to host the Olivier Awards 2020 for the third time
The Society of London Theatre have revealed that Curtains star Jason Manford will host.
Awards season is upon us again! And the hottest seat in theatre-land at this time of year is always the Olivier Awards.

And we can finally reveal that the host of the Olivier Awards 2020 will be comedian and Curtains star Jason Manford.
He appeared on the Good Morning Britain sofa to announce the exciting news.
The musical theatre funnyman will be taking to the stage at the Royal Albert Hall for his third year of Olivier Awards hosting duties on Sunday 5th April 2020.
Ahead of the announcement that he will be the host of the star studded event - which invites nominees from shows across the UK - Jason popped by the Magic studios in London for a chat with our resident theatre buff Alice Arnold.

When are the Olivier Awards and where do they take place?
The Olivier Awards take place in April every year. This year it will take place on Sunday 5th October.
The event us usually held at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall in London and this year's event is no exception.
