Magic Loves Summer: Fun in Hyde Park
Magic Radio at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time
Last week the Magic Radio team took up residence in Hyde Park to broadcast LIVE from our transformer-esque bus for the duration of Barclaycard presents British Summer Time. Here's what we got up to:
Ahead of her headline slot, Celine Dion joined Emma B for an intimate chat about Celine's golden career. The honorary Brit talked about her upcoming tour, her awesome fashion sense and how she mixes different styles to create new music. Celine went on to totally bring the 'house' down as her melodic classics were sung throughout the audience, hands waving, titanic poses and all that jazz.
Then she took on a tasty challenge! Nick Snaith challenged Emma to guess what street food she was eating from the vendors around Hyde Park. Sure to say she's got her packed lunch sorted this week!
Emma B, Harriet Scott, Ronan Keating, Richard Allinson and Nick Snaith interviewed a whole host of celebrities before they took to the stage.

Corinne Bailey Rae came to visit the auto-transformer broadcast bus and revealed that a spot of pilates helps her prepare for a performance.
The Breakfast Show with Ronan and Harriet also broadcast LIVE from Hyde Park and it just wouldn't have been the same without a little bit of healthy competition.
To top off the evening we met up with Lionel Richie for a quick chinwag to talk about his amazing global ambassador role within the Princes's Trust.
Nick Snaith also interviewed Richard Marx before he went on stage.
To continue the fun, Emma B kicked off summer on our socials with her Summer hacks! Who knew making your own bubbles was so easy! We might stay away from that bug spray though Emma...
As if that wasn't enough! We challenged Emma B to take on the dreaded swing chair ride.
In return Emma B challenged the Magic Radio team to a space hopper race. She is a pro at this sport after all!
After all that fun Emma B needed some chill time. We set her up with Richie the Breath Guy and a personal yoga session with LuLuLemon.
In celebration of our week long residency at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park, Richard Allison paid a visit to Birra Moretti to have a play on Europe's longest foosball table.
