Sam Ryder confirms release date for his album 'There's Nothing But Space, Man!'
It's coming this year
Sam Ryder has really captured the hearts of the UK this year, finishing second in this year's Eurovision Song Contest, and going on to release not one, but two successful follow-up songs, as well as two tours.
Now, after announcing he would be releasing a new album called 'There's Nothing But Space, Man!', Sam has confirmed it will be released this November! Coming on 18th November, Sam's album will include his Eurovision entry 'Space Man', along with hits 'Somebody', and David Guetta and 'Sigala's, 'Living Without You.
Sam said: "This year for myself and our team has been one filled with so many blessings, opportunities and dreams coming to fruition."
He continued: "To create a body of work throughout this time representing aspects of our journey feels like the highest honour and a beautiful way to redirect the flow of energy back to the people who are making this whirlwind possible – you.
"Biggest thank yous, and I hope you enjoy it!"
This announcement comes just a couple of weeks after Sam released his song 'Somebody', which he wrote on the morning of the BRIT Awards. In an interview, he told us: "The spirits were high and we just wrote this song, and I wish we could release like a stem of the song of the backing vocals, because it's just us really shouting our heads off. It's nonsense, and it's still in the record."
Sam's album shares the name of his upcoming tour 'There's Nothing But Space, Man!' which starts in Belfast on 17th March 2023, ending in Brighton on 5th April 2023. This tour follows several live performances this summer, including appearing at the Jubilee Celebrations over the long weekend in June.
