David Tennant and Billie Piper will reunite for another Doctor Who adventure

Billie last played Rose Tyler in 2013!

The pair will reunite in three brand new adventures this year.

After a 4-year hiatus, David Tennant and Billie Piper will be reuniting as The Doctor and Rose Tyler in three brand new audio drama adventures! The dramas will be part of Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor Adventures - Volume 2, and will be an hour long each.

The show's Exec producer, Jason Haigh-Ellery, said: "Getting David and Billie back together was definitely on my bucket list."

David Tennant played The Doctor from 2005 until 2009, returning for the 50th anniversary special The Day of the Doctor in 2013. Billie Piper played Rose in 2005 and 2006, returning intermittently in 2008 and again for The Day of the Doctor.

Nicholas Briggs, the voice of the Daleks (yep, all of them!), said: "It was such a special time for me, working with Billie and David on the TV show and it is such an honour to revisit it with them on audio."

In the first adventure, the pair will take on an alien invasion in Attack of the Zaross, which will also guest star Camille Coduri; Camille previously starred in the TV series as Rose's mum, Jackie.

The second adventure, Sword of the Chevalier, will follow The Doctor and Rose on a trip back to 1791, where they meet Chevalier D'Eon, an ex-spy who has lived as a woman.

In the third and final adventure, Cold Vengeance, the duo will take on Ice Warriors after the tardis lands on Coldstar, a frozen asteroid in deep space.
