Christmas has arrived with the release of Dolly Parton's Christmas on The Square 🎄

Two months after announcing her Netflix Original would be released in time for Christmas, Dolly Parton's new musical film, Christmas on The Square, has been released and it's available to stream now!
The film stars Christine Baranski, and Jenifer Lewis and is directed by Debbie Allen along with 14 original songs with music and lyrics by none other than Dolly Parton herself.
The film follows Regina Fuller, played by Christine Baranski, known for her roles in Cybil and Mamma Mia!. Regina is a rich and nasty woman who, after the death of her father, returns to her hometown to evict everyone just before Christmas!
However, Regina has a change of heart after encountering many of the town's residents and an actual angel!
Speaking about her role, Christine told dollyparton.com, "People asked me how I came to the project, and I said, 'Two words—Dolly Parton.' …I just thought I would so love to get to know Dolly Parton as a human being, as a woman."
She went on to say, "It’s a little daunting that I had to play the role, because she is so darn mean. I seem to only play meanies in Christmas movies.
"She comes across mean, but she really just feels she’s doing the right thing. It’s really a wonderful human journey, and I think we like seeing characters like that. We like seeing people who are redeemed in the end."
Dolly has already released her Christmas album called 'A Holly Dolly Christmas', which also features a song called 'Christmas On The Square'.
