Margot has been discussing her tips on Instagram
Everyone is subject to lockdown rules, including A-List stars. While celebrities might have big houses and spacious gardens, everyone can struggle during this uncertain period and Hollywood actress Margot Robbie is no different.
The 29 year old star of 'I, Tonya' shared her advice on how she stays "mentally healthy" as part of a campaign with Child Mind Institute's #WeThriveInside which encourages everyone to stay home to help tackle COVID-19 while also having fun and staying healthy.
Margot revealed she makes a lot of lists to help get her through the days and weeks. Speaking on Instagram she said: "It gets it out of my mind and on paper and if I don't get through my list that day, I don't stress about it and just pick up where I left off the next day"
As well as chores and household tasks, Margot has also been making lists for "long term stuff and fun stuff".
"It is worth just to take a second to think about the things that do help put your mind at ease" Margot said, while also revealing she's been taking plenty of walks with her husband in LA.
As well as helping with some mental health tips, Margot frequently uploads funny videos on Instagram and recently took part in a spoof fighting clip which also saw Scarlett Johansson and Cameron Diaz take part in the challenge.
