Celebrities and Royals join the NHS clap for carers

Following suit from Italy, the UK took part in a nationwide round of applause for all the brave NHS carers on Thursday 26th March at 8pm. The country took to their gardens, balconies and even just their living rooms to help celebrate the incredible work being done by NHS staff who are working tirelessly to fight virus COVID-19. People soon uploaded their emotional tributes to social media, including some of our favourite celebrities who had their own dedications to share.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis did a huge clap for our carers

The Earl and Countess of Wessex shared their tribute

Sir Rod Stuart and family took a special moment to recognise the bravery of all the UK workers helping keep the nation going
