ABBA share first reunion photo back in the studio
It's their first new music in 35 years

It's been a massive 35 years since Swedish pop legends ABBA last released music, but earlier this year they announced they would be reuniting, and now they've shared a photo of the group back in the studio in Stockholm.
The band, made up of Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, took to Instagram to share a photo in the studio, accompanied by a caption which said, '❤️ Frida, Agnetha, Björn and Benny in RMV Studio Stockholm, recording the two new songs! Release end of this year. ❤️ Have a great weekend friends! #abba #abbaofficial'. sic
Soon after the group posted this first look, fans were keen to leave comments saying, '👍🔥❤🌟💋' and 'Cant wait to hear that!😍❤😍', sic one fan even quoted their 1977 song saying, 'Thank you for the music 😀'. sic
Just two years ago ABBA reunited on stage for their 50th anniversary, according to a local Swedish newspaper, ABBA celebrated the milestone at a low-key private party where they were joined on stage by local celebrities and actors. The group reportedly performed their song ‘Me and I’ from their hit 1980 album Super Trouper’.
Then, earlier this year ABBA announced they would be releasing new music for the first time in 35 years. Taking to ABBA's official Instagram account, the statement read, 'The decision to go ahead with the exciting ABBA avatar tour project had an unexpected consequence. We all four felt that, after some 35 years, it could be fun to join forces again and go into the recording studio. So we did.
'And it was like time had stood still and that we only had been away on a short holiday. An extremely joyful experience!'
It went on to explain they've recorded two new songs, with one called 'I Still Have Faith In You', the statement continued, 'It resulted in two new songs and one of them "I Still Have Faith In You" will be performed by our digital selves in a TV special produced by NBC and the BBC aimed for broadcasting in December.

Famous for hits such as 'Waterloo', 'Mamma Mia' and 'Dancing Queen', back in 2016 the popular band announced they would be touring the world in 2019, but in digital form as holograms alongside a live band.
Despite never officially splitting up, ABBA last released music in 1982.
ABBA's new songs will be broadcast as part of a TV special in December 2018. One of the songs is named 'I Still Have Faith In You', and it will be performed by digital versions of the band members in their full 70s glory.
