Olivier Awards 2025 Competition - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.
ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS
Entries are restricted to one entry per person per competition round.
Entry to the competition is available via the following route:
• By sending a message to the Magic Radio Whatsapp - 03 444 777 888
• To enter the competition your message should tell us about yourself and why you want to go to the Olivier Awards
• Messages will be charged at your standard network rate.
• Entrants must enter during the Entry Periods of the competition. Any entries received outside of the Entry Periods will not be entered but may still be charged. Bauer Media Group is not responsible for any latency experience or technical fault by your mobile phone network, which may delay or prevent the delivery of your text message to us.
• The winner will be chosen by the Magic Radio Breakfast Team
• The contestant will only be deemed a winner, upon being selected and told by the presenter and the Magic Radio production team that they are a winner.
• The winner will be contacted via telephone on Thursday and will need to be able to come on air on Friday's Breakfast Show
ENTRY PERIODS
Competition Entry Periods:
Entrants will be able to enter the competition from 27/03/2025 at 7:30am (the “Start Date”) to 27/03/2025 at 10am (the “End Date”).
If any entries are received before or after the opening and closing times specified by the on-air presenters, these entries will be invalid.
ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.
• Entries are restricted to one entry per person per week.
• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
THE PRIZE
There is 1 x ‘Sit with the Nominees’ package available for 2 people including:
• 2 x Tickets to The Olivier Awards sitting amongst the nominees
• 2 x Tickets to the Official After Show Party
• Opportunity to walk the Green Carpet
• Souvenir brochure
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Prize is subject to availability.
• The prize excludes anything not expressly listed above.

Mandatory Terms and Conditions for all Mastercard Promotions
Event: The Olivier Awards 2025 with Mastercard on Sunday 6 April 2025 at the Royal Albert Hall, London
Event Organiser: Society of London Theatre, 32 Rose Street, London, WC2E 9ET
• Winner(s) and their guest(s) must be aged 18 or over on the day of the Event.
• Prize packages (and associated tickets) are personal to the winner(s) and the sale or offering for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange of any tickets and/or part of any of the prize packages is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online ticket resale marketplace). The Promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.
• Ticket holders may be asked to present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and/or other forms of identification (such as a debit or credit card) upon entry to the Event to ensure that the ticket holder is the same as the person named on (or allocated to) their ticket.
• Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the Venue, available at http://www.royalalberthall.com/extra/terms-and-conditions. Any ticket holder who is not complying with Venue regulations or these terms and conditions will be ejected from the Venue and will forfeit their right for re-entry. The Event Organiser and/or Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances.
• Doors open at 16:00 and guests must be seated no later than 17:30. The ceremony is due to conclude around 21:00. Please note latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
• Please note dress code is strictly black tie and glamorous (no jeans, no trainers) and ticket holders may be refused entry if their dress code does not comply.
• The ceremony will be broadcast on television and radio by the Event Organiser. By using the tickets and attending the Awards, you waive your moral rights and assign any copyright in any films or recordings or still images of you (and any performance) to the Event Organiser and consent to such recordings/still images being broadcast, printed or otherwise used (by radio, television, print, online and other media) worldwide without payment.
• The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside the Venue is strictly forbidden. All mobiles must be switched off for the duration of the Awards event. Unauthorised recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted. Any recording made of the Awards in breach of these conditions shall belong to the Event Organiser.
