Magic Radio & The Prince’s Trust Join Forces to Help Young People Across the UK.
Together we can help young people build confidence, develop skills and secure work.
Last updated 1st Oct 2021
Magic has proudly supported the fantastic work of The Prince’s Trust for over 12 years. The future of young people across the UK was already uncertain but due to the coronavirus pandemic, they’re now at risk of being left behind – missing out on vital education, training and job opportunities.
Join us all day on the 6th October to celebrate The Prince's Trust for Prince's Trust Day, as we talk to some of their Ambassadors including Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster chatting with Ronan and Harriet on Magic Breakfast, then throughout the day you can hear Rob Brydon, Craig David, Joanna Lumley, Konnie Huq and more talking to Nick Snaith and Emma B about their work with the Prince's Trust. We will also be talking to some of the young people who have benefitted from the incredible work the charity does.
Who are the Prince’s Trust
The Prince’s Trust has been giving young people across the UK the skills and confidence to move into work, training or education for the past 45 years and continues to build on this legacy today.
Many of the young people helped by The Prince’s Trust are in or leaving care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health problems, or they have been in trouble with the law. Three in four young people on Prince’s Trust programmes move into work, education or training.

How can I get involved?
Next week, the Brilliant Breakfast is launching, which is a nationwide initiative to raise funds for The Prince’s Trust, in particular the young women we support.
Between 11-17 October, you can host your very own breakfast with your family, friends or colleagues. You can make your breakfast whatever you want it to be – from hosting a coffee and a piece of toast for parents after school drop off, to breakfast in the office before the working days starts. It's an opportunity for us all to get together in a fun and relaxed way after months of being apart.
Go here for more information on how to host a breakfast and to sign up.
