More young people across Lincolnshire are saying they're experiencing online harassment within their relationships

Figures show around 70% of 16-24 year olds have experienced at least 1 repeated, unwanted behaviour consistent with stalking

Some are as young as 13

There are also concerns about how young some of those affected have been.

We spoke to Chloe Waters from Boston Women's aid about the issue:

She told us: "We have worked with children as young as 13 who've disclosed online harassment within their relationship."

"Our aim is to educate all survivors and victims we're working with whether they'd be children or adults that stalking is not OK."

"Stalking is a pattern of persistent and unwanted attention which makes someone feel anxious scared or harassed."

We educate children and young people

"Some examples could be regularly giving unwanted gifts, making unwanted communication, damaging property, repeatedly following or spying and making threats."

"A large part of the work that we do is talking and educating children and young people around stalking and harassment."

"We feel that for young people to enter a safe healthy relationship they need to be aware of the signs of stalking."
