A Spalding man has been charged with murder and attempted murder
It's after a 52 year old Darren Kirk suffered serious injuries in an assault in the early hours of Monday morning and later died
Another man is in hospital with serious injuries
45 year old Wayne Rule of Cygnet Court has been remanded into custody and will appear before Lincoln Magistrates Court later today.
