Record rise in pothole breakdowns causes driving dismay in Lincolnshire

Today we're looking into the hidden dangers of potholes as we're told a man from Wrangle is too scared to go out because of them.
Lyne Howard's husband is disabled and has a spinal cord injury.
"He's getting to the stage where he doesn't want to go out.
"When we do go out he's constantly alert looking for potholes because when the car bounces it causes him a great deal of pain.
"He's pretty much stopped going out and he's feeling very isolated."
We sent reporter Aaron Renfree out to look for potholes.
It comes as the RAC reveals a record number of breakdown incidents involving them.
Between January and March it dealt with almost 4,700, that's three times as many as the three months before.
It thinks the cold start to the year is partly to blame, with ice causing cracks.
