One person has died following a collision involving two cars near Sutton on sea.
It happened near Sandilands on the A52 Huttoft Road yesterday afternoon (October 2nd)
Police received a call just after 3.30pm reporting an incident near South Farm, involving a Vauxhall Astra and an Audi A4.
A passenger in one of the cars was pronounced dead at the scene - six other people have been taken to hospital
Lincolnshire Police have said:
"One of the passengers in the Astra was pronounced dead at the scene; two other passengers were taken to hospital. The driver was also transported to hospital with serious injuries.
"The rear-seat passenger in the Audi has been taken to hospital with injuries that are potentially life-altering and life-threatening. Both the driver and front-seat passenger were taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life-threatening."
The road was closed for a time last night.
They are asking for anyone with any dashcam footage to get in touch with them.
