Man arrested in Skegness yesterday has now been charged
A manhunt was launched after Paul Robson went missing from North Sea camp open prison
The man who went on the run for 4 days before being arrested in Skegness has been charged with absconding and theft of pedal cycle.
56 year old Paul Robson was reported missing last weekend from North sea camp open prison in Boston.
He's been remanded in to custody and will appear before Lincoln Magistrates Court later today.
