Man arrested on suspicion of a serious sexual assault in Cleethorpes
It reportedly took place in the early hours of yesterday morning
A man's been arrested on suspicion of a serious sexual assault in Cleethorpes.
Police were called to Sidney Street in the early hours of yesterday morning to reports of a woman in distress.
She was treated in hospital for serious injuries and is being supported by specially trained officers.
Police told us:
Extensive enquiries are ongoing and a scene guard was put in place whilst we carried out our investigations.
