Concerns have been raised by the Federation of Small Businesses' branch in North East Lincolnshire.
Claire Redding from the branch says she has a real worry companies are going to be impacted by staff having to isolate after being "pinged" by the NHS app.
She says many staff are really concerned that if case numbers continue to rise restrictions would return.
That would have a huge impact on local firms.
She describes the effect of coronavirus on her members as "immeasurable".

Jason Reed owns the Scene.
He says it's vital they get back to businesses.
However he's stressing safety measures will still be in place.
