Humberside police to enforce new Covid 19 restrictions
Fines for people refusing to self isolate when told to do so come in next week
Humberside police are setting aside resources to check high risk areas when new restrictions come in.
The Government's announced fines starting from ÂŁ1,000 for those who breach coronavirus self-isolation rules.
They come in from next week
