Boston Pilgrim wards closed to patients after covid-19 outbreaks

A number of staff and patients have tested positive for coronavirus across 3 seperate wards at Boston's Pilgrim hospital.

The wards have now been closed to any new addmisions, to help slow the transmission of the virus to other staff, visitors or services.

The trust in charge believes the cases may be connected on each ward

There's currently 47 covid patients being treated across Lincolnshire's hospitals.
