Irish band Kneecap will be taking the stage at Glastonbury today.

That's despite complaints from many, including the Prime Minister and leader of the Conservative's Kemi Badenoch, for the group to be removed from the festival line up.

It comes after bandmate Liam O'Hanna was charged with a terrorism offence, for allegedly holding up a Hezbollah flag at a gig in London last year.

Liam O'Hanna will appear at court for the next hearing on 20 August.

It is believed Kneecap's performance at Glastonbury won't be televised.

Co-organiser of the festival, Emily Eavis, responded to the controversy that "everyone is welcome" at Glastonbury.
