Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool: Tickets and dates announced

After much anticipation it's been announced when tickets to this years Eurovision Song Contest will be on sale.

Ukraine's Kalush Orchestra won last years competition in Turin. However, due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, this years hosting city was handed to the UK as Sam Ryder finished second with Space Man.

With the worlds biggest international song contest taking center stage in Liverpool, we can finally announce when and where you can get your hands on tickets, if you're lucky.

Tickets are set to go on sale next Tuesday (7th March) at mid-day on Ticketmaster for all shows including the grand final on the 13th May, semi finals and dress rehearsals.

Ticketed shows:

Semi Final 1

• Monday 8th May - Evening dress rehearsal
• Tuesday 9th May - Afternoon dress rehearsal
• Tuesday 9th May - Semi final 1 live show

Semi Final 2

• Wednesday 10th May - Evening dress rehearsal
• Thursday 11th May - Afternoon dress rehearsal
• Thursday 11th May - Semi final 2 live show

Grand Final

• Friday 12th May - Evening dress rehearsal
• Saturday 13th May - Afternoon dress rehearsal
• Saturday 13th May - Grand Final live show

There will be a four ticket limit for the final live shows, but a six ticket limit on the dress rehearsals.

Managing Director of this years Eurovision Song Contest Martin Green told us: "We are a matter of weeks away from moving into the arena to start building and rehearsing."

"If you haven't seen Eurovision for a few years, try it for the first time this year. You'll be really surprised by how brilliantly produced it is and of course hopefully we'll do a great job for everybody watching around the world."

"Just because it sometimes is a bit quieter on the front end of it, don't think that there aren't an enormous amount of amazingly talented people who have been beavering away for months to make sure this show is absolutely world class."
