Harriet Rose plays Say It Or Shot It with your fave artists, TV and film stars and even fellow KISS presenters including Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely. The questions are juicy - and with some pretty disgusting shots on the line, the stakes are high!

If you wondered what celebs spend their money on or what they really think of each other, and want to hear some unexpected secrets come out, then check out some of the best moments below.

What is Say It Or Shot It?

The game works by Harriet and her guest(s) taking it in turns to ask each other some pretty personal questions. They can choose to either answer the question OR down a shot.

FYI, these are no ordinary shots... Harriet has cooked up some foul concoctions for the celebs (and herself) to drink. Think soy sauce, cold baked beans and of course straight vodka.

Amelia Dimoldenburg:

Chloe Burrows:

Friend of KISS and Love Island star Chloe Burrows took part in SIOSI in April 2024, where she revealed she's been BLOCKED by Paris Hilton!
