The Prince’s Trust helps young people all over the UK to build confidence and skills, supporting them into jobs, education and training.
Today sees the release of The Prince's Trust's 2021 Youth Index survey which looks at the views and outlooks of young people.
According to the latest survey, the coronavirus pandemic has taken a “devastating toll” on young people’s mental health, with the unemployed more likely to feel anxious and depressed.
One in four young people have felt "unable to cope with life" since the start of the pandemic and half of 16 to 25-year-olds surveyed say that their mental health has worsened as a result
It is no surprise to hear that more young people are feeling anxious than ever in the 12-year history of the Youth Index report. For more information about the survey, click here.
