Selling Tampa lands on Netflix today

Just days ahead of the hugely-anticipated release of Selling Sunset series four, Netflix bosses delighted fans by dropping the release date for new show Selling Tampa, and now the day has finally landed!
What is Selling Tampa?
Not to get confused with newly announced spin-off show Selling the O.C, Selling Tampa was actually announced earlier this year and is once again created by Executive Producer Adam DiVello.
The new show, which will follow agents at Allure Realty rather than The Oppenheim Group, will be filled with the same drama as the all-black, all-female cast attempt to sell some luxurious real estate in Tampa Bay, Florida.
The official synopsis for the show says: ‘Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast.
‘These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.'
When does Selling Tampa start?
On Tuesday night (22nd November), Netflix dropped a teaser trailer for the new show, revealing Selling Tampa will hit the streaming platform on Wednesday 15th December 2022.
The dramatic new trailer shows the current cast of Selling Sunset 'passing the keys' over the the new Selling Tampa cast, with the words 'Selling Tampa Premiers December 15'.
