Love Island SPOILERS: Molly-Mae takes a fancy to new boy Danny Williams
Warning: MAJOR SPOILERS!
We are ONE whole week into the 2019 series of Love Island, and despite the Islanders only knowing each other for seven days, drama has been through the roof!
Following Friday night's recoupling, poor old Callum Macleod was the first boy to be sent packing, after Amber Gill chose to save her friend Anton Danyluk, and now that Molly-Mae Hague is settling in, bosses are throwing another bombshell in, in the form of Danny Williams.
What is happening on tonight's Love Island?
DANNY TAKES YEWANDE ON A DATE
Before entering the villa, new boy Danny Williams takes Yewande on a lovely little date.
Yewande arrives at the date and Danny says,"You look amazing."
Yewande replies, "Thanks. So do you."
DANNY AND YEWANDE GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
As the pair enjoy their date, Danny and Yewande get to know each other, with Yewande revealing she's been single for four years.
Danny says, "I've been single for about ten months now. It's been long enough, I'm now looking for something again. What about you?"
Yewande says, "Four years."
Danny asks, "How come it has been so long?"
Yewande replies, "I think it was my choice for a while. I came out of a relationship and then after that I wasn't interested. Obviously, I was focusing on university."
Danny says, "Did it put you off boys forever?"
Yewande says, "Not forever. I just wanted to be on my own for a while."
Danny says, "That is good that you have that about yourself. I find independence attractive."
AMBER RECEIVES A TEXT
Whilst chilling in the garden, Geordie girls Amber recieves a text which reads, 'Amber. Freshen up. Danny would like to take you on a date. Please get ready to leave the villa. #talkofthetoon #dantheman'.
AMBER AND DANNY ENJOY THEIR DATE
When Amber arrives at the date, the pair quickly get to know each other, with conversation soon turning to their occupations.
Danny says, "I'm a model. What do you do?"
Amber says, "I'm a beauty therapist."
Conversation soon changes to what they're looking for in a partner, with Amber saying, "So, what is your type?"
Danny replies, "Someone who is ambitious and someone who has their own goals in life. Someone who is not scared to make themselves look silly."
AMBER BRIEFS THE GIRLS ABOUT HER DATE WITH DANNY
Upon returning to the villa, Amber wastes no time in briefing the girls about the new bombshell. When Molly-Mae Hague asks whether Danny is 'fit', Amber replies, "He is a good-looking guy, yeah."
To which Molly-Mae adds, "I think he is gorgeous."
YEWANDE GUSHES ABOUT HER DATE WITH DANNY
Following the date, Amber is keen to know how Yewande feels about Danny. She asks, "Did you fancy him?"
Yewande replies, "Yeah. He is the only person in here that I do fancy."
Amy then says to Yewande, "When you came back you were so happy!"
MOLLY-MAE EXPRESSES HER INTEREST IN DANNY
After revealing to the girls she thinks Danny is her type, Molly-Mae wastes no time in getting to know the new Islander.
During a conversation on the day beds, Molly-Mae says, "I'm actually really looking forward to having a chat with you because I feel like we're going to get on."
Danny replies, "I feel like me and you have got quite a lot in common. I've just got that vibe. I think you seem really down-to-earth."
TOMMY WORRIES ABOUT HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH MOLLY-MAE
It's not long before Tommy starts to worry about Molly-Mae's interest in Danny. In the Beach Hut he says, "I'm a bit confused. She's chatting to different guys. She's having a good crack. I'm glad she's having a good time in here but I've never been in the situation where I'm talking to a girl and there has been other lads there. It is what it is."
CURTIS AND AMY GET LIPPY
After coupling up together on Friday night's show, things are going from strength to strength for Curtis and Amy.
During a chat, Curtis says, "You look gorgeous tonight."
Things then get steamy when both then lock lips and have a snog... before Amy then notices that Curtis is covered in lipstick.
AMY REFLECTS ON HER KISSING TECHNIQUE
After getting lipstick all over Curtis, Amy reflects in the Beach Hut, saying, "Lesson learned. Don't wear red lipstick in the villa while you're…well he's not my boyfriend, while you're in a coupling!"
MICHAEL WORRIES ABOUT HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH AMBER
Following her date with new boy Danny, Michael decides to turn up the heat with Amber, telling the boys he's interested in her.
Speaking with Curtis on the day beds, he says, "He's basically taken the girl that I am coupled up with Yewande and the girl that I'm interested in Amber."
MICHAEL TURNS UP THE HEAT WITH AMBER
Following his chat with Curtis, Michael decides to tell Amber how he's feeling.
He says, "If I came in, you would be my first option."
Amber replies, "Why?"
Michael says, "Because I am attracted to you."
AMBER REFLECTS AFTER HER CHAT WITH MICHAEL
In the Beach Hut, Amber says, "Every other boy in the villa lays it on thick, it's called factor fifty thick, apart from Michael. He's very chilled and low-key which I think I'm more attracted to. He lays his cards on the table a little bit but also keeps them close to his chest. You're not really sure what's going on and I quite like that."
