Love Island's Georgia Steel and Sam Bird may have split last week, but the drama has spilled over into this week. Although they both have different stories over what caused the break-up, Sam claims that he was unhappy over the fact that Georgia spent the night at her ex-boyfriend's house - but she says she stayed in the next room, and that the split was caused by too much pressure on the relationship.

However, it looks as though Georgia isn't wasting any time on being sad about the split, as it's being reported that she met up with the producers of Celebs Go Dating ONE DAY after they broke up.

According to MailOnline, a TV insider confirmed that Georgia was "in the mix" for the next series of the show, and that she "met with bosses just a day after her romance with Sam ended", adding that they're sure the news will "definitely come as a shock to him."

They went on to say that Celebs Go Dating is a show that Georgia would "love to do, especially now she’s back on the market," adding that she "didn’t think twice" before meeting producers.

The source added, "She is just the type of character they look to have on the show; she’s flirty, cheeky and doesn’t hold back on what she has to say."

Sam announced the sad split on Twitter last week, claiming that the reasons were too 'painful' to reveal - but later admitted that Georgia had stayed at an ex-boyfriend's house and sent pictures of them in bed together to her friends, something Sam later saw on her phone.

Georgia tried to defend herself with three now-deleted notes posted to Instagram, saying that in fact there were other reasons for the split. She revealed that she'd fallen 'out of love', adding, 'He was a lovely boyfriend and I really did love him, but moving in so soon and the public pressure did make me feel very trapped.

'I gave our relationship everything as I really did want it to work and was loyal throughout. But you can't help your feelings. I really do hope he finds the girl for him.'
