Despite being tragically murdered back in March 1997, Biggie Smalls, or The Notorious B.I.G. as he's more commonly known, is still one of the biggest Hip-Hop icons ever to grace the music scene.

With hits like 'Juicy', 'Mo Money Mo Problems', and 'Hypnotize' in his back catalogue, it's no surprise the American rapper is widely referred to as as legend by his fans, with many even calling him the 'greatest rapper of all time'.

What is Biggie: I Got A Story To Tell?

To celebrate Biggie's amazing journey from hustler to rap king, and continue his ongoing legacy, bosses over at Netflix have announced a brand new documentary called Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell.

Netflix say of the new documentary, 'Every legend has an origin story. Christopher Wallace, AKA The Notorious B.I.G., remains one of Hip-Hop’s icons, renowned for his distinctive flow and autobiographical lyrics. This documentary celebrates his life via rare behind-the-scenes footage and the testimonies of his closest friends and family.'

The new documentary will feature both in-depth interviews and rare footage from Biggie's close friends and family, including fellow rapper P Diddy (Sean Combs).

The brand new documentary will air on Netflix, with users of the streaming service being able to stream Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell from March.
