Alan Carr is going to appear in a popular soap next week

Next week's Hollyoaks is set to be a massive week for the popular Channel 4 soap, and a familiar face will appear in the village in the form of comedian Alan Carr.
The 'Chatty Man' will make a cameo in the soap with his beloved dogs next week. While Yazz Maalik confronts Tony and Diane about something in the street, fans of the show will see Alan watch on.
In other Hollyoaks news, Ryan Knight (Duncan James) is FINALLY set to depart from the village. Viewers will see him track down Harry, Ste, Leah and Lucas on their camping trip, but how will he bow out of the Oaks?
While Kim Butterfield continues to grow weaker in Hollyoaks High, will someone be able to save her in time?
Farrah Maalik breaks down when she feels there's no hope for Kim, Misbah Maalik is confronted by a welfare officer and Dee Dee Hutchinson is given a devastating diagnosis at the hospital.
PLUS Kyle Kelly steps up his revenge plan on James Nightingale, but it looks like Nancy Osborne is onto him... Mac Nightingale is also back!

It's been months since Hollyoaks viewers finally discovered that it was Ryan Knight who murdered his wife Amy Barnes and the end of the killer is FINALLY near. He has since killed his own uncle DS Geoff Thorpe, he tried to kill Teegan Lomax and he's left Kim Butterfield locked away in a storage room at Hollyoaks High.
In upcoming scenes he's set to bow out of the village but viewers will have to tune in to find out how…

It all kicks off while Harry, Ste and the kids are camping and while Leah and her dad want to go home, Harry and Lucas attempt to convince them to stay for a few more hours but Ste's having none of it.

The kids then decide to play hide and seek in the woods (that's a great idea, especially with their evil step dad on the run) but are left terrified when they discover Ryan's found them…
Harry is ready to call it quits with Ste
Following all the drama with Ryan, Harry tries to win Ste over with his charm by reminding him of the good old times they've had in the past. However he later does a U turn when he realises he and Ste can't move on and they're better off being single. Ste then asks Harry to make a huge decision – but what is it?
Elsewhere in the village Leela begins to panic when she realises her house has been broken into and with Harry and Ste nowhere in sight, she decides to call the police.
Is Kim Butterfield going to die?
Duncan James (who plays Ryan Knight) has revealed that one more character will die before he leaves the show… Will Kim be his last victim?
She's still stuck in Hollyoaks High and has no help around. As her cut becomes even more infected she becomes very week – is this the end for Kim?
Is Grace falling for Farrah?
Poor Farrah is beginning to feel that Kim is never coming back and after she decides to drop off Kim's belongings she has a meltdown. Luckily Grace is around and comforts her, but viewers will be left wondering whether her feelings for Farrah are beginning to develop…
Will Misbah reveal all to the welfare officer?
Poor Misbah has been physically abused by her son Imran and while she's kept it quiet for weeks, things may be set to change.
In upcoming scenes, Misbah confronts her son after Sally tells her he has been skipping school and the laters sent home have all been ignored. She gets the shock of her life when she grabs her sons bag and discovers all of the letters from home.
Later an education welfare officer organises a home visit with Misbah and asks if there's been any violence at home – will she confess all?
After an injury leaves Misbah struggling to see properly, her step-son Sami asks how it happened but the mum-of-four covers for Imran again. However Sami takes matters into his own hands to tells his younger brother to start behaving properly for his sake and their mum's health.
Kyle takes his revenge plan one step further
Hollyoaks viewers have seen Kyle attempt to seduce James and next week he'll continue to win over his affections but James seems uninterested. He then decides to step up his revenge plan and start a video diary as evidence against James however while he's recording Nancy Osborne walks into the flat and wants answers.
Will Kyle be able to prevent her from revealing his cunning plan to James?
Later on, Kyle arranges a three course meal for James in an attempt to rile him up in the hopes that he'll attack him. Things take a turn for the worse when Kyle gives him wine and sleeping tablets which causes James to collapse…
Mac Nightingale is back!
Towards the end of the week James feels terrible from recent events he decides to go and visit his dad at the home – what will happen when he gets there…
Also Marnie makes a shocking confession when she reveals to Buster that Mac made their son James sleep with a prostitute when he was a teenager to try and turn him straight.

Meanwhile Milo continues to try and get Theo out of the village but it soon becomes clear that he's here for the long haul and continues to threaten his younger brother.

Milo has been hiding the fact that he killed Tom Cunningham's parents way back in 2008 but unfortunately for him, his older brother Theo knows the truth and is ready to blackmail his other at any given moment.
Cindy Cunningham begs Milo to get his brother to return to the village because she thinks he could be the new man in her life. However, after Milo pretends to call him he tells Cindy's he's moved on and has met someone else.
After managing to occupy Cindy for the entire day she's left feeling good again.

It was also recently announced that Jennifer Metcalfe would be returning the soap as her infamous character Mercedes McQueen.
Jennifer, who left to have her son Daye in 2017, announced she has signed a brand new one-year deal, with filming for her scenes starting in June.
Hollyoaks airs on Channel 4 at 6.30pm every weeknight.
