Sia releases new song Bird Set Free
Australian singer Sia has released the second single taken from her upcoming album This Is Acting
Yesterday, Australian singer Sia dropped a new song, Bird Set Free.
The Chandelier songwriter, who notoriously avoids the limelight, has released another track which was originally written for Adele's upcoming album, 25.
Bird Set Free is the second song Sia has released that was co-written by Adele when the pair worked on tracks together for Adele's 25 album. Another of the three songs they wrote together was Alive, which Sia (after offering it to Rihanna) released back in September.
The second single taken from her own upcoming album, This Is Acting, Bird Set Free's release was announced on Sia's social media:
On working with Sia, Adele told Rolling Stone magazine that she enjoyed the process. Adele said: "I actually love the dynamic of us both being in there the studio and just f*g being bossy. And it's all these male producers, and they're all f*g shitting themselves 'cause we're in there."
Sia's seventh studio album, This Is Acting, is released on Friday 29 January 2016.
