Norwegian DJ Kygo has confirmed a release date for his tribute mix of Avicii's 'Forever Yours'. The 'Higher Love' DJ first played his mix last month at the Avicii Tribute Concert, held in Stockholm, Sweden, and now we can expect it very soon.

Kygo shared details of his latest song including the release date to his fans, simply telling them, 'January 24th.. This one is special ❤️'.

The artwork features a grey map of the USA, with Avicii's face and five pins across the country connected by a gold line. This line is representative of the road trip that Avicii and his friends (including Sandro Cavazza whose vocals feature on the track) embarked on, eventually arriving at Ultra Music Festival 2016 in Miami.

The reaction to Kygo's tribute mix has been met by one of support, with other DJs and fans commenting on his post with heart emojis and comments such as, 'OMG!, can't waiiiit. I'm crying 😭♥♥', and 'Thank you @kygomusic so much! 🖤 Honor for tim @avicii 💔😔🎶🖤'. sic
