Kanye West announces release date for new album 'Jesus Is King' 🙌
The album coincides with the release of his IMAX movie
He's kept his silence on Twitter for a massive 10 months, so you can imagine our delight when Kanye West made a return to the social platform to announce his BRAND NEW ALBUM 'Jesus Is King'.
Simply sharing the album artwork to his 29.2 million followers, Ye wrote, '“JESUS IS KING” OCT 25th#. sic
Of course, fans went wild at the news, replying in their droves. One user wrote, 'THIS IS NOT A DRILL', with another adding, 'I AM READY TO INJECT THIS INTO MY HEART BODY AND SOUL'. sic
A number of fans were understandably apprehensive about the release date, as Kanye has previously revealed a 'release date' twice already for 'Jesus Is King'. Kanye's wife Kim Kardashian originally teased the release date to be on 27th September 2019, before she moved the date to the 29th.
However, when there was no sign of the album and fans were left disappointed, it was revealed that the release date has been put back as Kanye "kept tweaking it."
'Jesus Is King', which will be Kanye ninth studio album, coincides with the global release of his IMAX film 'Jesus Is King', due for release on Friday 25th October.
'Jesus Is King' is available to pre-order now, and will be released on Friday 25th October.
We can't wait to hear it! 🙌
