Jess Glynne will release Children In Need single
This year's Children In Need single will be Jess Glynne's Take Me Home
It was announced today that Jess Glynne's song, Take Me Home, will be the official Children In Need single this year.
The song, which features on Glynne's album I Cry When I Laugh, will be available to download and to buy on CD from Friday 13 November, with all record sales going to Children In Need charities.
On the song, Jess said: "This is a song about the need to have someone who cares when you are at your most vulnerable. It's an emotional song for me and I have to admit it brings me to tears when I sing it live, likewise when I made the video".
