Is Ed Sheeran going to headline Glastonbury 2017?
Talks are rumoured to be under way.
They’ve probably only just finished clearing up the site from Glastonbury 2016, but preparations are already under way for Glasto 2017.
According to a national newspaper, Ed and his team are in talks to headline the festival. A source said ‘Ed has always wanted to do Glasto, it’s been a huge ambition. He’s one of the biggest artists in the world, and British, so bosses are desperate to book him.’
Ed’s currently enjoying a much deserved year off. He told fans on Instagram ‘I’m taking a break from my phone, emails and all social media for a while, I’ve had such an amazing ride over the last 5 years but I find myself seeing the world through a screen and not my eyes so I’m taking this opportunity of me not having to be anywhere or do anything to travel the world and see everything I missed.’
