Dave announces rescheduled 02 gigs following storm damage
The roof blew off London's 02 Arena during Storm Eunice
Fans of Dave were hyped for the rapper's live shows at London's O2 Arena on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd February, however Storm Eunice had other ideas, causing catastrophic damage to the well-known venue.
Just like most of the UK on Friday, strong winds caused severe damage to the roof of the building, meaning upcoming shows scheduled to take place were forced to be cancelled.
Taking to Twitter to announce the devastating news on Friday (18th February), Dave told his fans: 'Bad news, The O2 have told us Monday and Tuesday’s shows can’t happen. (Storm/roof) we’re doing everything we can to reschedule the shows to play as soon as possible. Have been told it won’t be too long I’ll know more on Monday and will return with a tweet then.. So sorry guys'. (sic)
However, don't panic if you were due to be at the shows, as Dave has now confirmed rescheduled dates, where all tickets will still be valid.
Dave tweeted today (23rd February) to say: 'The shows at the O2 Arena have been rescheduled for the 28th of February and the 1st of March, and the shows in Newcastle and Glasgow have moved to Saturday 5th of March (Newcastle) and Monday 7th of March (Glasgow) I’m genuinely so sorry I had to move these dates'.
Dave kicked off the UK leg of his 'We're All In This Together' world tour last week, playing dates in Nottingham, Birmingham, Bournemouth and Cardiff.
The 'Location' singer is due to play shows at Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow and Dublin before heading out of the country for the European leg.

'Thiago Silva' with AJ Tracey (2016)
'Thiago Silva' is a real fan favourite and we can see why. It unites two of UK rap's biggest stars: Dave and AJ Tracey. And honestly, it goes very hard. The song has gained even more popularity thanks to the viral clip of 'Alex from Glasto' nailing the song onstage with Dave. Truly an iconic moment.

'Tequilla' (2017)
'Tequila' started off as a freestyle Dave performed on the American radio show Power 106: Los Angeles. All the raw energy of the freestyle comes through in the song. The song and video are in a sense symbolic of Dave's transatlantic reach, both being framed around his 2017 trip to LA.

'Question Time' (2017)
'Question Time' is the first single from Dave's 2017 EP 'Game Over'. The seven minute song sees Dave speaking directly to former PM Theresa May.
