Camila Cabello breaks her silence on leaving Fifth Harmony
Camila was shocked by the girl's statement.
Camila Cabello has broken her silence on her decision to leave Fifth Harmony. Yesterday the group’s twitter account shared a statement explaining that ‘Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony’. Hinting that her departure had not exactly been harmonious, the girls claimed they had been informed via Camila’s representatives and continued ‘we will be moving forward with the four of us.’
Now Camila’s told her side of the story, posting a statement up on her twitter: ‘I was shocked to read the statement the fifth harmony account posted without my knowing. The girls were aware of my feelings through the long, much needed conversations about the future that we had during tour.’
Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane Hansen will continue to perform as four piece.
The girls appeared on the US version of The X Factor back in 2012, finishing third in the show. Despite this, they signed a joint deal with Simon Cowell’s label, Syco Music and L.A Reid’s record label, Epic Records.
