Technical issues meant the singer appeared like she was out of tune. The singer immediately took to twitter to explain ‘the piano mics fell on the piano strings, that what the guitar sound was. It made it sound out of tune.’
But it seems Adele is still pretty upset things didn’t go as perfectly as planned. In an interview with Ellen, she explains ‘I cried pretty much all day yesterday.’
