WHAT IS THE EVENT?
KISSTORY is headed to the iconic Depot in Cardiff, with some of your favourite KISSTORY DJs and special guests!
Expect all the Old Skool and Anthems you love!, your fave KISSTORY DJs, epic live performances and very special guests!
WHEN IS THE EVENT?
The event is taking place on Saturday 13th September 2025.
WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?
Doors open from 2pm unless specified on your ticket, with last entry at 6pm.
All will be finished by 11pm.
WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?
This event is taking place at DEPOT, Unit 8, Curran Road, Industrial Estate, Cardiff CF10 5DF.
You can easily reach us on foot from the back of Cardiff Central train station. It’s just a 5-10 minute walk along Dumballs Road.
Simply walk past the Cardiff and Vale College building, then turn right onto Curran Industrial Estate. You’ll see the DEPOT signs ahead of you.
If you have tickets that state Bute Park Cardiff, please note these tickets remain valid for Depot, you don’t need to do anything. You will have received a message from your point of purchase outlining the details.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Subject to point of purchase your tickets will either be issued as e-tickets 1 week prior to the event or posted to you.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to a change of venue, tickets purchased for Bute Park are refundable, please email events@kissfmuk.com by Friday 27th June 2025.
Tickets purchased for Depot are non-refundable.
WHO ARE THE AUTHORISED TICKETING AGENTS?
We strongly recommend that you purchase your tickets through the official ticket agents; Ticketmaster, Universe and Skiddle.
We cannot take responsibility for tickets purchased anywhere outside of the above.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 18 TO COME?
This is an 18+ event and we recommend that everyone brings valid photo ID (valid passport or driving license), no refunds will be given for lack of ID on the day.
WILL THERE BE DISABLED ACCESS?
We want everyone to party with us, so if you’d like more info on disabled access, please click here or email info@thefestivalcrowd.com.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RESTRICTED? CAN I BRING A VAPE, PERFUME OR AEROSOL?
No caps, hoods / hoody’s, liquids, aerosols, perfumes, drugs, weapons or illegal substances are permitted on site.
Strictly no glass (including perfume or cosmetic bottles) can be brought into the event.
Strictly no metal water bottles, or full plastic water bottles can be brought on site, empty plastic water bottles are permitted.
CAN I BRING MY VAPE IN?
Yes you can bring your vape in, plus vapes will be on sale at the venue.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD/DRINKS?
Due to security reasons, no food or drink can be brought into the event, including bottled water. This is to ensure the site can meet the highest safety standards.
Empty plastic water bottles can be brought on site, and free drinking water will be available at the bars. There will be lots of food and drink options available on site.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
We actively encourage photograph taking but no selfie sticks will be allowed on site!
Professional camera equipment and professional cameras with a detachable zoom lens are not permitted.

WHEN WILL THE SET TIMES BE RELEASED?
We will release set times in the weeks prior to the event.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM DURING THE EVENT?
Please let one of the event stewards know and they will be happy to help!
WHEN IS LAST ENTRY?
Last entry is 6pm.
WILL I BE SEARCHED ON ENTRY AND CAN I BRING A BAG?
Full searches will be in operation on the day, this is a condition of entry.
Bags are accepted but please bring a bag no bigger than an A4 sheet of paper. There will not be a cloakroom or lockable storage on site.
CAN I COME IN AND OUT OF THE EVENT?
Once you’re in, there's no readmission. if you leave you will not be allowed back into the event.
WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?
No caps or hoods / hoody’s. Don your best outfits and don’t forget to #KISSTORY on your socials!
