WHAT A YEAR
Well, that's it, although it feels like just last week that we were welcoming in the New Year, it's nearly time to do it all over again as 2018 comes to an end.
But don't be sad that 2018 is over, because what a great year it was! Check out the biggest moments that made us gulp with excitement/shock/anger and every other emotion you can possibly think of.
The Spice Girls reunited
In what was perhaps the best news of the year, the Spice Girls (minus Posh) announced they were reuniting for a Live Stadium Tour in 2019.
The band famous for hits like 'Stop' and 'Wannabe' are playing at dates in Manchester, Coventry, Sunderland, Edinburgh, Bristol and London.
Ant McPartlin was charged with drink driving
After overcoming his troubles in 2017, Ant McPartlin was arrested and later charged with drink driving in 2018.
Subsequently, Ant entered rehab and made the decision to take time off from showbiz until next year, meaning his on-screen partner Dec Donnelly hosted Britain's Got Talent on his own for the first time in history.
Ed Sheeran announced his engagement
After years of performing at other people's weddings, Ed Sheeran popped the question to his long-term girlfriend Cherry Seaborn.
He announced the news on Instagram with this pic, writing, 'Got myself a fiancé just before new year. We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx' sic
He later teased that the pair had married.
Roxanne Pallett accused Ryan Thomas of 'punching her'
Former Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett dubbed herself the 'most hated woman in the world' after she falsely accused Ryan Thomas of 'punching' her in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
After video evidence proved Ryan had done nothing of the sort, the nation turned on Roxanne, with Ryan going on to win the show.
Cheryl and Liam Payne's PDA at The BRITs
With hundreds of rumours circulating that Cheryl and Liam Payne had split up, the pair turned up together on the red carpet at the 2018 BRIT Awards and put on a MASSIVE PDA for the cameras, stating they were very much still together.
Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstong divorced
Despite being married for 11 years, Geordie presenter Ant McPartlin and his wife Lisa Armstrong split, with the couple later being granted a divorce in October 2018.
Brendan Cole was AXED from Strictly Come Dancing
After 13 years on the show, Brendan Cole confirmed he had been axed from Strictly Come Dancing.
Speaking on Lorraine, Brendan said ,"It's quite, actually, hard to talk about. The BBC haven't renewed my contract. We get contracted year upon year. They've made an editorial decision to not have me back on the show. I'm a little bit in shock. I'm quite emotional, a bit raw about it."
Kylie Jenner kept her pregnancy a 'secret'
The youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan, Kylie Jenner, welcomed a baby girl called Stormi Webster with her boyfriend Travis Scott, but the reality star managed to keep her entire pregnancy out of the spotlight.
Prince Harry married Meghan Markle
After announcing their engagement in 2017, Prince Harry married American actress Meghan Markle in a stunning ceremony at St George's Chapel.
The couple now go by the name The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Caroline Flack got engaged!
Love Island host Caroline Flack shocked the nation when she announced she was dating The Apprentice and Celebrity Big Brother star Andrew Brady.
As if this wasn't enough, the couple announced their engagement just a few months into their romance. However, the pair then split two months later, but it looks like they are now back on track.
The 'Strictly Curse' hit Seann Walsh and Katya Jones
When Strictly Come Dancing returned to our screens this year, it didn't take long for DRAMA to hit the cast. Comedian Seann Walsh and his professional partner Katya Jones were pictured KISSING in the street, despite both having long-term partners.
Whilst Seann's girlfriend Rebecca Humphries publicly dumped him on Twitter, Katya's husband, fellow Strictly pro Neil Jones, was a LOT more forgiving.
