A source just 'revealed' Cheryl and Liam's baby name and it's a bit wild

Cheryl and Liam Payne have kept us all in suspense as we wait to hear what they have called their baby boy who was born on Wednesday 22nd March 2017 and now we think we have an answer. It's being widely reported that the singers have named their baby boy Bear.

A source told a national newspaper, “Cheryl and Liam wanted to get to know their baby before deciding on a name.

“They didn’t have the name Bear before the birth.

“But they’d been thinking of a name since meeting him and they just felt it suited him."

Cheryl and Liam broke the news that they'd welcomed their first child together on Saturday 25th March by posting an adorable snap of baby Payne in his daddy's arms.

The former Girls Aloud singer shared details about her new arrival and confirmed he was born on Wednesday 22nd March, weighing 7lb 9.

She wrote, 'On Wednesday 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream. Although he still doesn't have a name he is already stealing hearts. We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever 💙'

Sharing less details about his son and more about his own feelings, Liam admitted he was 'speechless' and told fans it was his 'favourite memory' from his life so far.

He wrote, 'My close friends and family know there are very few times when I'm left speechless... wow!'

'I'm incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it's a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far.'

'I'm completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she's really made my dreams come true. We haven't named him yet but he's already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed.'

On Sunday fans of Chiam were going wild on Twitter with the rumour that the pair had named their baby Taylor after a listing appeared on famousbirthdays.com with a baby boy registered as being born on the same day as baby Payne.

Actresses Kate Winslet and Alicia Silverstone also have sons named Bear.
