They were the definition of BFFs, but recently, Made In Chelsea stars Sam Thompson and Jamie Laing have been at war, after Jamie reportedly started dating Sam's ex-girlfriend Sophie 'Habbs' Habboo.

Now, after going official with Love Island's Zara McDermott, Sam has broken his silence on the matter, shutting things down.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, Sam said, "Honestly, I was only going out with her Sophie for a very short amount of time. I think that… it’s a whole Made in Chelsea thing, it’s not to do with me.

“My name keeps getting brought up though, I was getting Google alerts about it... I haven’t even said anything about it either, as I don’t really think there’s much to say on my part.

“It’s got nothing really to do with me."

Sooo, it sounds like we can sleep at night again, knowing the bromance between Sam and Jamie is back on track! 😍

Meanwhile, after two failed stints on E4 dating show Celebs Go Dating, it looks like Sam's love life is finally going in the right direction. After weeks of rumours that the pair were dating, Sam and Love Island 2018 star Zara McDermott went INSTA OFFICIAL with their romance, and they are just too cute.

At the weekend, Zara posted a snap of herself kissing her man, writing the words, 'I’m lucky ✨' as the caption.

She's also been commenting on Sam's snaps with things like, ' 'I ❤️u', so it looks like things are going VERY well for these two.

Speaking about his new romance, Sam recently said, “We’re not exclusive, because everyone in this game rushes everything! There’s no need to. If you rush into things, sometimes you make a mistake and it gets too intense… she’s a really, really lovely girl and she’s incredibly beautiful."
