Perrie Edwards breaks her silence following Zayn Malik split news
The Little Mix star Perrie Edwards, comments on how she feels since news broke about her split from Zayn Malik.
Perrie Edwards has broken her silence on how she has been doing since splitting from her (ex) fiance Zayn Malik.
Just hours after the news broke that Zayn had called off their engagement, Perrie, was interviewed by E! in the US, alongside her Little Mix bandmates.
Putting on a brave face, Perrie said "I'm good, thank you," when asked how she's doing following the split.
Bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock supported her friend and tried to get the interviewer to move on, saying “we don’t really wanna talk about it”.
A representative for Malik confirmed that the couple, both 22, had ended their relationship but wouldn't give out any more details.
According to reports, sources close to the pair have stated that Perrie has been left heartbroken after Zayn decided to end things two weeks ago.
They got engaged back in August 2013 but had yet to set a wedding date.
